Job Description

Fentro Technologies Inc. is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

We are the reliable partner for North American window and door manufacturers, providing European hardware and accessories, profile wrapping services, and sliding door solutions to fabricators. Our dedicated team strives to provide excellent support and outstanding service.

This is a full-time position. A benefits package is offered after 3 months of employment.

Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated bookkeeping experience, particularly in handling accounts payable and receivable, tax remittances, and financial reporting.

Main Objective of the Position:
• Support management and colleagues by handling administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and ensuring smooth daily operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
• Maintain organized filing systems for reports, emails, and essential documents.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, break room necessities, and first-aid items.
• Coordinate office maintenance and seasonal decorations.
• Plan and organize company events and team-building activities.
• Assist in HR functions, including job postings, interview scheduling, and new employee onboarding.
• Track attendance records, leave schedules, and assist with updates in HR databases.
• Support financial administration by processing invoices, managing petty cash, and assisting with credit applications.
• Ensure a positive work environment through effective administrative support and coordination.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
