Profile Wrapping Machine Operator

Fentro Technologies Inc. is looking for an experienced Profile wrapping machine operator to join our team.

We are the reliable partner for North American window and door manufacturers, providing European hardware and accessories, profile wrapping services, and sliding door solutions to fabricators.

This is a full-time position. A benefits package is offered after 3 months of employment.

Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in the operation and maintenance of production machines.

Main Objective of the Position:

·       Ensure efficient and high-quality lamination of profiles while maintaining strict adherence to production and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Operate and maintain profile wrapping machines efficiently.

·       Set up and operate the profile wrapping machine for various geometries.

·       Laminate profiles and inspect them for quality.

·       Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

·       Support material handlers in unloading, organizing, and stocking shipments.

·       Conduct quality control checks and remove defective product parts.

·       Pack completed products and prepare them for shipment.

·       Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

·       Report issues with production equipment and assist in troubleshooting.

·       Assist with generating orders and preparing materials for wrapping.

·       Be willing to cross-train and adapt to various roles as needed.

We are looking for someone who is:

·       Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

·       Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship.

·       Physically capable of lifting up to 22 kg / 48 lb and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

·       Able to bend, twist, push, pull, crouch, kneel, and lift regularly during the workday.
